All silicone rubber heaters from Sinomas are made with etched foil elements. Compared to traditional wire wound heating elements, etched foil gives uniform heat transfer, higher watt density and longer life time. The size can be as big as 800x3000mm per customer requirements. Available with different control option and installation method.
Sinomas offers the broadest range of fusible plugs in the world. Apart from standard NPT series, we also supply fusible plug with thread of any defined standard, BSPP, UNC, metric, etc. Fusible alloys are made in house with regular temperature ratings on stock. Silicone rubber heater can be used as cabinet heater in electrical control cabinet for anti condensation purpose. They are often attached to aluminum plates or profile by factory vulcanization for easy installation and heat radiation. We have standard cabinet heater series with different size and watt.
