Silicone heating tape
The RDC-G silicone rubber heating tape features good water-proof capability, which can be applied for industrial equipment under humid environment, laboratory pipes and tanks. It can be directly wound around the surface of the object to be heated, flexible and reliable.
Feature:
- The rubber heating tape is made of nichrome wires and rubber insulation materials, quick heating, high efficiency, long service life.
- The alkali free glass fibre core frame is wrapped with electric heating wires. The major insulation is silicon rubber, which features good heat conductivity and reliable insulation.
- The rubber heating tape is extremely flexible so that it can be wound around the pipes with good contact and uniform heating effect.

Mounting instructions
- The flat side of the rubber heating tape should be in close contact with the surfaces of the pipes or tanks, and be fixed by Aluminum adhesive tape.
- To reduce heat loss, it is recommended to put an extra insulation layer around the object to be heated.
- Cross winding is strictly forbidden, otherwise it will cuase damage due to overheat.
