Oil Heater
Most permanently installed oil heaters are immersion heater type. They are robust and long lasting. Relatively they require limited space.
With the pocket tube at the outside, the heating elements are isolated from the oil. In case of heating elements failure, they can be quickly replaced without draining the tank. The equipment can operate without interruption.
A special requirement for the oil heater is the surface load. If the surface load is too high, the temperature at the surface of the heater will be high as well, which in turn may damage the oil. Carbon containing composite will accumulate on the heater and hinder the heater transfer. This has to be considered for oil heater design. If the oil is circulating, or there is internal thermostat inside the immersion heater, the surface load can be increased. Nevertheless we will help you choose the right products for your applications

From manufacturer's point of view, the types of immersion heaters are so diversified that we are reluctant to call any of them "standard". We have delivered immersion heaters for water heating, plating tank heating and many other acrid chemical solutions.
